Are You a Business Owner or Entrepreneur Planning to Set Up Your Company in the USA?

If you have identified the right opportunity to expand or launch your business in the United States but are unsure how to start the company incorporation process, you are in the right place.

At Seal Global, we help entrepreneurs, startups, and foreign business owners start a company in the USA smoothly and compliantly — without unnecessary delays, complex paperwork, or hidden costs.

But we do not stop at formation. Every other provider can file an LLC. After the setup, we also run the operations that keep your business moving in America.

What We Do to Set You Up

Eight things have to be right before you can bank, hire, import or invoice in America. We do all eight. The detail sits in our US entity incorporation services.

What We Run For You After That

One scope. One team. Every function carries equal weight. There is no tier and nothing to upgrade into. It is the same engine behind our US market entry and operations enablement services.

Where Other Firms Stop

Most lawyers, accountants, and formation services stop once your entity is filed. You're on your own to find everyone else. We don't stop there — the same team keeps running everything else for as long as you need us.

The Setup, Step by Step

Entity and state selection

LLC or C-Corp, Delaware or your operating state. We model it and tell you which one to file.

Formation filing

Name clearance and the filing itself, accepted by the state.

Registered agent

Appointed in every state where you are registered.

EIN

Your federal tax ID, tracked to issuance with the IRS.

ITIN

For foreign owners with no US Social Security Number. We prepare and file the W-7.

US bank account

A complete KYC pack, submitted and followed through to an open account.

Governance documents and contracts

Operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, employment and customer contracts.

Foreign qualification

Filed in every state where you operate, employ or hold inventory.

Why Us Compared to Others

A formation service files your entity. An accountant files your returns. Neither of them runs your US business. We do all of it, under one scope.

Questions Business Owners Ask Us

Setting up in the US

Working with Seal Global

Setting up in the US

I already have a well-established business in India. How do I set up a company in the USA?

You do not need to move, and you do not need a US partner. We model the right structure for your group, usually a Delaware or operating-state C-Corp or LLC held by your Indian parent. Then we file the formation, appoint the registered agent, get the EIN, get an ITIN if you have no SSN, and open US banking. Your Indian company keeps ownership throughout. We do the work underneath it.

How do I expand my business to the USA?

It is a sequence. Decide the structure. Form the entity. Get the EIN and ITIN. Open banking. Register in the states where you will employ or hold inventory. Then stand up tax, payroll, contracts, logistics, IT and marketing. Most companies use five to nine vendors to do this. We run all of it with one team and one contract, so nothing waits on a hand-off.

What's the process to set up a business in the USA as a foreign company?

Structure decision, name clearance and filing take one to three days. The EIN takes one to three weeks when the responsible party is foreign. The ITIN runs alongside it. Banking takes two to six weeks. State payroll and sales-tax registrations and foreign qualification take two to four weeks. Six to ten weeks from decision to operating. We run these in parallel wherever the IRS and the states allow it.

Do I need to be a US citizen or resident to own a US company?

No. A foreign individual or company can own 100% of a US LLC or C-Corp. No citizenship, residency or visa required. You do need a registered agent in the state of formation, an EIN, an ITIN if you are an individual owner without an SSN, and a US address for filings and banking. Owning the company does not give you the right to work in the US. That is a visa question, and we handle it separately.

Can one partner really handle everything — legal, tax, HR, and marketing?

Yes. We run entity formation, banking, tax and accounting, legal, HR and payroll, marketing, logistics, IT and ongoing finance as one programme with one named lead. Where a licence is legally required, we engage and manage the attorney, CPA or customs broker. You still deal with one team. You keep ownership and every decision.

How long does it take to go from decision to fully operating in the US?

Six to ten weeks for most companies. Formation is fast. The EIN and the bank account set the pace, especially for foreign-owned entities. Regulated categories like food, cosmetics, medical devices or alcohol add registration time. We build that into the plan up front instead of finding it late.

What is an ITIN, and do I need one as a foreign business owner?

An ITIN is an IRS tax ID for people who have a US filing obligation but cannot get a Social Security Number. As a foreign individual owner you usually need one to file returns, to be named on entity filings, and often to clear bank onboarding. We prepare the Form W-7 with certified identity documents and track it to issuance alongside your EIN.

Can you provide a physical US business address?

Yes. We provide a US business address for registration, filings, mail and banking, and can move you up to coworking, a leased office, warehouse space or a retail site as you grow. State registrations, the IRS and US banks all check the address, so we treat it as a real line item in the build.

What does it cost to have Seal Global run my full US operation?

There is no fixed price list. A services company hiring three people is not the same scope as an importer with customs, warehousing and a retail rollout. We scope the functions you need and price them as one bundled programme. It costs less than appointing and managing separate legal, accounting, HR, logistics and IT vendors, and far less than a global consultancy. One conversation, one figure.
