• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAL GLOBAL HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in Miami, Florida.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seal Global regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
